Request for return and refund will be accepted on the following conditions

  • If the product is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition. Opening full unboxing video is must, have to share the video to our customer care +91 7305354747 in whatsapp
  • If the wrong item is delivered please {unboxing video required}. in case exchange is provided
  • Customer should raise a request for return or exchange within 2 days of delivery after 2 days return is not accepted.
  • Return and refunds are not applicable to custom made Orders
  • The return shipping charges are to be paid by customer and parcels should be return by customer with good packing.
  • Order cancellation not possible after placing order
  • Refunds will be processed only after the products are completely Checked and approved by our quality control team. 
  • Refunds are not applicable for delay in delivery of products. 
  • Products price tag should be there even if products in damaged condition.
  • During returns after sending the unboxing video our team will approve for returns, then customer can return the product
