At Smris, we take great pride in delivering handcrafted products with care and sustainability. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order:

🕒 Order Processing Time

  • Most products are shipped within 1 to 5 business days, depending on their size and packaging needs and volume of orders in queue.

  • Larger items may require additional time due to the manpower involved.

  • As our products are handmade, packing each item takes anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

  • Same-day delivery within Chennai may be available. Kindly call between 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM to check availability (additional ISD/auto charges may apply).

📩 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email.

🚚 Delivery Timeline

  • Products are usually delivered within 2 to 15 days across India.

  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 25 days. If delivery is not possible within this time, we will reach out and initiate a refund (except for customized or WhatsApp orders which may take longer).

🧵 Customized & Pre-Order Items

  • Customized orders require additional time and will vary based on the complexity.

  • Pre-order items will take longer and estimated delivery timelines will be shared via WhatsApp.

📦 Packaging & Courier Services

  • We use eco-friendly packaging, including paper-based tapes and plastic-free materials – because we believe in protecting nature while serving our customers.

  • Orders are shipped via Shiprocket, DTDC, Delhivery, XpressBees, ST Courier, and India Speed Post depending on the product size and your location.

🔁 Delays & Returns

  • If a product is already shipped and delayed by the courier, returns can be initiated only after 22 days from the shipping date.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable for return orders.

🌍 Service Area

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.
